LINEAR GANTRY SYSTEM
The linear gantry system provides stable operation, smooth motion, and long-term accuracy through its straightforward design. It also allows easy front-loading of pipe. The pressure roller arm maintains consistent pressure on the material throughout the cut.
SIMPLE MOTION DESIGN
The double v-bearing system provides smooth motion while preventing vertical play and vibration. By capturing the rail from top and bottom, the system resists bending and twisting loads far better than a single-bearing setup, which improves cut consistency.
CHUCK DRIVEN FOR PRECISE ROTATION
The chuck driven system provides stable, precise rotation for consistent cutting under all situations. It features manual height adjustment and manual clamping for easy and reliable control, ensuring accurate pipe positioning across varying diameters.
EASILY ADJUSTABLE PIPE SUPPORTS
The 6 easily adjustable pipe supports allow quick, secure positioning along the machine. Each support provides manual height and alignment, ensuring stable handling and consistent rotation for accurate cutting throughout the process.
